4. Subsidiary, DBA, and Affiliated Brand Policy
4.1 Parent Company Structure
Vecur Commerce Group may operate through subsidiaries, DBAs, trade names, affiliated websites, niche brands, private-label brands, and product lines.
Examples may include cleaning equipment brands, off-grid power brands, recovery and wellness brands, restaurant equipment brands, industrial equipment brands, packaging equipment brands, and other commerce properties.
4.2 Shared Policies
Unless a subsidiary, DBA, or brand posts its own policy, these Vecur Commerce Group policies apply to that brand, website, transaction, or service.
4.3 Brand-Specific Terms
Some brands, categories, or websites may have additional terms, such as special shipping, freight, warranty, returns, product safety, private-label, reseller, financing, or marketplace requirements. If brand-specific terms conflict with general Vecur terms, the brand-specific terms apply.
4.4 Separate Legal Entities
Some subsidiaries or affiliated businesses may be separate legal entities. The contracting entity shown on the quote, invoice, agreement, order confirmation, website, or purchase document is the entity responsible for that transaction.
4.5 Shared Services
Vecur Commerce Group may provide shared services for its subsidiaries and brands, including marketing, customer support, fulfillment, technology, advertising, accounting, compliance, and data systems.
