These policies apply to Vecur Commerce Group and its subsidiaries, DBAs, affiliated brands, product lines, websites, service divisions, wholesale operations, partner programs, fulfillment services, and marketplace growth services.
Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale apply to wholesale, reseller, and direct product purchases from Vecur Commerce Group unless superseded by a signed agreement, quote, or invoice.
Wholesale and reseller relationships are subject to approval, product availability, supplier restrictions, brand rules, credit review, tax documentation, and written terms. Approval is not guaranteed.
Customers claiming tax exemption must provide valid documentation before purchase. Taxes may be charged if documentation is invalid, expired, incomplete, or not accepted.
Certain products may require minimum order quantities, case packs, pallet orders, freight shipments, or recurring volume commitments.
Some brands restrict resale on specific marketplaces. Customers must comply with all brand and marketplace restrictions.
