These policies apply to Vecur Commerce Group and its subsidiaries, DBAs, affiliated brands, product lines, websites, service divisions, wholesale operations, partner programs, fulfillment services, and marketplace growth services.
3. Fulfillment Services Terms
3.1 Overview
Fulfillment services may include warehousing coordination, receiving, storage, inventory workflows, pick-pack-ship, labeling, returns, B2B shipping, DTC shipping, marketplace order support, integrations, and reporting.
A signed agreement or accepted statement of work may be required before fulfillment services begin.
3.2 Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate product data, SKUs, barcodes, packaging requirements, shipping rules, marketplace requirements, customer data, safety information, product restrictions, and compliance documents.
3.3 Receiving and Inventory
Inventory must be properly labeled, packaged, documented, and approved before receiving. Receiving delays, relabeling, repackaging, special handling, disposal, or correction fees may apply.
3.4 Storage
Storage fees may apply based on pallet, bin, cubic footage, SKU count, special handling, hazardous classification, temperature requirements, or other factors.
3.5 Pick, Pack, and Ship
Fulfillment fees may include picking, packing, materials, labeling, shipment processing, system fees, carrier charges, special handling, kitting, inserts, branded packaging, and other services.
3.6 Returns
Return processing may include receiving, inspection, restocking, quarantine, refurbishment, disposal, replacement, or reporting. Return handling depends on product condition, category, and client instructions.
3.7 Inventory Accuracy
We aim to support accurate inventory workflows, but inventory discrepancies can occur due to receiving errors, supplier errors, damage, theft, system issues, returns, mislabels, or carrier problems. The applicable service agreement will define reconciliation procedures.
3.8 Prohibited or Restricted Products
We may refuse products that are illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, improperly labeled, hazardous without approval, regulated without documentation, infringing, perishable without proper controls, or outside our operational capability.
3.9 Service Levels
Any service levels, shipping speeds, processing times, inventory accuracy targets, or delivery metrics are goals unless expressly stated as binding in a written agreement.
