These policies apply to Vecur Commerce Group and its subsidiaries, DBAs, affiliated brands, product lines, websites, service divisions, wholesale operations, partner programs, fulfillment services, and marketplace growth services.
2. Wholesale and Reseller Terms
2.1 Overview
Wholesale and reseller relationships are subject to approval, product availability, supplier restrictions, brand rules, credit review, tax documentation, and written terms.
2.2 Application and Approval
We may require business information, resale certificate, tax exemption documentation, marketplace seller information, company website, revenue range, channel details, product categories, references, and compliance documents.
Approval is not guaranteed.
2.3 Resale Certificate and Tax Exemption
Customers claiming tax exemption must provide valid documentation before purchase. If documentation is invalid, expired, incomplete, or not accepted, taxes may be charged.
2.4 Minimum Order Quantities
Certain products may require minimum order quantities, case packs, pallet orders, freight shipments, or recurring volume commitments.
2.5 Marketplace Restrictions
Some brands restrict resale on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Target Plus, or other marketplaces. Customers must comply with all brand and marketplace restrictions.
2.6 Product Content Use
Wholesale or reseller customers may not use Vecur-created content, images, descriptions, videos, manuals, guides, or product data for resale without permission.
2.7 Private Label and Brand Development
Private-label products, custom packaging, branded inserts, labeling, and branded fulfillment services require separate written approval and may involve minimums, deposits, setup fees, production lead times, and compliance review.
