These policies apply to Vecur Commerce Group and its subsidiaries, DBAs, affiliated brands, product lines, websites, service divisions, wholesale operations, partner programs, fulfillment services, and marketplace growth services.
8. Data Processing and Vendor Privacy Addendum
8.1 Business Data
When Vecur Commerce Group processes customer, order, inventory, marketplace, or business data on behalf of a client, we use that data to provide requested services, support operations, improve workflows, fulfill obligations, and comply with law.
8.2 Client Responsibilities
Clients must have the legal right to provide data to Vecur Commerce Group and must provide required notices and consents to their customers, employees, contractors, and business contacts.
8.3 Service Providers
We may use third-party vendors and systems to process data, including hosting, CRM, email, analytics, advertising, shipping, payment, tax, accounting, warehouse, marketplace, order management, cybersecurity, and support tools.
8.4 Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and services provided. No system is completely secure.
8.5 Data Return or Deletion
Data return, deletion, or retention after termination may be governed by the applicable service agreement, law, tax requirements, backup systems, fraud prevention, and operational needs.
